Ladies, worried that lifting weight will make you "bulky"?


An objection females often make to lifting weights is, "It will make me too bulky" or something along those lines. Well, this is completely false, and lifting weights is a key tool in developing an aesthetically pleasing physique. If you don't believe me, check out the picture above and the video below. These girls are very strong... but not bulky.

  1. You are right. Sometime womens are much bothered with weight lifting. They afraid that they would be obese with that.

  2. Dude, I hate the stigma most women attach to weight training. If only they'd realize how much it accentuates the assets of the female body :).

    A little weight training is one of the easiest things you can do to to "accentuate the assets of the female body".

    It's like getting the body of a gymnast without all the extra work!
