Tyler: My name is Tyler Simmons. My goal is to live healthfully, perform at peak levels, and to enable others to do the same. I graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University where I competed in the track and field decathlon at the D2 level. My main interest is looking at health from an integrated evolutionary perspective; specifically nutrition. I'm currently training highschool through pro athletes while interning at Cressey Performance in Massachusetts.
